We offer individual and group counseling for children and adolescents ages 4-18 for a wide range of problems, such as significant life changes (i.e. loss of loved one, parental separation and divorce, moving to new school, loss of friends, etc.), trauma, and mental health disorders. Parents can also participate in parent training to help with hard to manage behaviors at home.

Rodrigue Counseling Services, LLC has services available for all clients, whether insured or not.

We are in-network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, Optum Health, UMR, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, Cigna and some Medicaid plans (United HealthCare Community Plan, Healthy Blue, Louisiana Healthcare Connections, and Aetna). Unfortunately, we are not in network with AmeriHealth or Humana Medicaid Plans at this time. If you have one of these insurance carriers, we will verify your benefits and bill to insurance on your behalf. You will only be responsible for your co-pay or coinsurance at the time of service.

For all other clients, full payment is expected at the time of service. We will provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Any reimbursement will be reimbursed to you.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COVERAGE**

Mental Health services are usually a separate subcontracted policy from your main medical policy, so you may owe differently than if you were seeing a medical doctor. If you are unsure of your mental health benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out potential costs to you. You will need to ask questions, such as "How much is my co-pay/co-insurance for individual counseling?" Please note that some policies may require that you pay 100% of the contracted rate until your deductible is me. If this happens, I will inform you what the contracted rate for your specific insurance is.
