Hey everyone! My name is Victoria "Viki" Rodrigue, LPC, NCC. I am the owner of Rodrigue Counseling Services, LLC located in Morgan City, LA. I specialize in helping children and adolescents work through emotional and behavioral issues due to significant life changes, trauma, and mental health diagnoses, such as ADHD and Anxiety and Depression Disorders. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients find healing and everlasting change through a supportive therapeutic relationship and play.

I am an alumnus of Nicholls State University with my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2018. I have worked over seven years in community mental health servicing children, adolescents, and families struggling to manage emotional and behavioral issues that the child/adolescent is experiencing. I have experience working with children with children who are victims of abuse/neglect, including but not limited to sexual abuse. I also have experience working with teenagers who have conduct issues in multiple settings and are on probation for their conduct. I am trained in Trust-Based Relational International (TBRI) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which are both evidence-based treatments to address post-traumatic stress symptoms. My next goal is to become a Registered Play Therapist. 

In my spare time, I am a member of the City of Morgan City Parks & Recreation Commission and East St. Mary Kiwanis Club to help improve the quality of life for children and adolescents who live in Morgan City, LA. I also enjoy crafting, gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, especially my dog, Sophie.
